What you are buying

Every product on Lem Digitals is a digital file — a PDF, spreadsheet, document set or archive. Nothing is shipped physically. When your payment is confirmed you receive a personal download link tied to the email address you gave at checkout.

Your licence

You get a single-user licence. You may read, print and use the file for your own work, including client work you are paid for.

• You may not resell, redistribute or publish the file, in whole or in part
• You may not share your download link, or upload the file to a public drive, group or channel
• You may not use the contents to create a competing product for sale

Team and organisation licences are available — email us before you buy.

Download links

A purchase link stays valid for 7 days and up to 10 downloads. That is generous for personal use and deliberately tight against sharing. If your link expires before you have the file, contact us with your order reference and we will reissue it at no cost.

Payments

Card, bank, USSD and transfer payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details. Manual bank transfers are confirmed by hand, normally within 24 hours of the funds landing.

Updates to products

When we revise a file, existing buyers get the new edition through their original order at no extra charge. We may retire a product from the shop, but we will not revoke a licence you already paid for.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a technical fault stops you getting a file you paid for, we will fix it or refund you.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the revised version applies to purchases made after it is published. Your past purchases keep the terms that were in place when you bought.
