What we collect

We keep the collection deliberately small, because you do not have an account here.

• Your email address, and your name if you gave one, at checkout
• Your order reference, the product you bought, the amount and the payment method
• Your email address if you request a free resource or join the newsletter
• The name, email and message you send through the contact form
• Anonymous, aggregate page analytics — no cookies that follow you between sites

What we do not collect

We never see your card number, CVV or bank login. Those go directly to Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Why we hold it

Your email is how we deliver what you paid for and how we reach you if something goes wrong with an order. Order records are kept because we are required to keep transaction records, and because you may need a link reissued months later.

Who else processes it

• Paystack — payment processing
• Neon — the database that stores orders and emails
• Cloudinary — file storage for covers and downloadable files
• Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics

Each of these sees only what it needs to do its job.

Marketing email

We only email you about new products, free resources and articles if you asked us to. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects your access to a product you bought.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted once resolved and no longer useful, and at most after two years.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@lemdigitals.com from the address in question and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your data may mean losing access to past download links, so we will confirm before we do it.
