Sales Representative

Hiring: Sales Representative Compensation for this role is N80,000-N100,000 depending on your experience We are an Eyewear Company, situated in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking a Sales Representative to work at our store in Surulere, Lagos ROLE FUNCTION: The Sales Representative is the first responder to walk-in customers at our physical store and online, via our social media channels, telephone and email. She will help buyers find what they want and provide solutions to all their product inquiries and concerns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Take Clients’s purchase orders and pass them to the relevant unit. Provide clients with helpful product information that will assist them in making a purchasing decision. Document and record orders on the POS system. Create content. Design flyers on Canva Liaise with the relevant team to ensure clients receive their orders. Respond to clients on social platforms Perform other ancillary duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS A polite and tech-savvy female. HND or BSc in any discipline. Resident in the Yaba, Surulere axis. EXPERIENCE A minimum of (1) one year online sales and client service experience. Canva design experience is an added advantage.
