🇳🇬 HIRING: SALES MANAGER 📍 Location: Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, and Oyo States 🏢 Company: P. Petrop Solutions Limited 💰 Compensation: ₦500,000–₦800,000 monthly Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team. • Secure new business opportunities across construction, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil and gas, hospitality, and real estate. • Build relationships with corporate clients and government institutions. • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports. • Negotiate contracts and close high-value generator deals. • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • 5–12 years of experience in generator, power, agricultural equipment, or industrial machinery sales. • Experience in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, and sales team management. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong knowledge of diesel and gas generators, preferably 15KVA–2,000KVA.
